The Toyoda Falcon Modular DTF Printer is a versatile and high-performance printing solution, available in 3, 4 or 6 print head configurations to accommodate various fast printing speeds. It offers multiple color configurations, including CMYK+W, CMYK Fm Fy Fo Fg + W, and CMYK ORGB+W, ensuring vibrant and precise prints. With a 24" wide printing width and up to six Epson I3200 printheads, this printer delivers exceptional quality. The integrated backlight allows for meticulous quality control, while the white ink roller efficiently prepares the next bottle of ink. Precision is further enhanced with electronic control of the pinch roller and a damper heater that maintains print head temperature between 25-27°C. The built-in anti-static bar minimizes static interference, and the automatic ink recirculation function prevents head clogs. Touchscreen controls simplify the management of white ink circulation, stirring functions, vacuum, pinch rollers, ink roller, heaters, lights, and ink level readouts. The user-friendly menu and film tension system ensure consistent feeding and smooth operation. Maintenance is made easy with access to all pumps and circuit boards, and all parts are UL certified for safety and reliability.
