Le four de séchage Toyoda Falcon 17" x 24" est conçu pour le séchage efficace et fiable de grandes feuilles de film, y compris des formats courants comme 13" x 19", 14" x 16", 16" x 20", et plus encore. Construit avec un élément chauffant durable en alliage d'aluminium à la base, il offre une excellente distribution de la chaleur, des performances durables et une grande résistance aux dommages.

 

Les joints d'étanchéité en silicone assurent un environnement hermétique pour un séchage et un durcissement uniformes sans coins morts, ce qui permet d'obtenir une fusion et un durcissement optimaux à chaque fois. Il durcit la plupart des transferts en moins de 60 secondes à 230–248°F (110–120°C), ce qui vous aide à maintenir un flux de travail rapide et efficace. Un filtre à fumée intégré et interchangeable sur le dessus aide à maintenir un espace de travail propre et inodore pendant le fonctionnement.

 

Le panneau de commande numérique convivial permet des réglages précis de la température et du temps. Une fois configuré, le processus de séchage démarre en appuyant sur un bouton, et un signal acoustique vous indique quand le film est prêt à être retiré.

1: Power On: Ensure the oven is connected to a power source (AC110V 50/60Hz) and that the grounding wire is properly secured.

2: Start-Up: Turn on the left master switch. Set your desired temperature and countdown time to begin preheating.

3: Begin Curing: Once the oven reaches the set temperature, place the printed film with adhesive powder into the baking area.
Press the countdown switch, close the baking cover, and the curing process will begin.

4: Completion: When the countdown ends, an alarm will sound. Open the baking cover to stop the alarm and remove the cured item.

5: Repeat Use: For additional batches, simply close the cover to restart the countdown—no need to press the button again.
