La technologie DTE de Brother ouvre de nouvelles possibilités en matière de design. Les brodeurs peuvent d'abord créer leurs motifs à l'aide de fil de polyester blanc, suivi d'un prétraitement résistant au lavage. Le tissu est ensuite transféré vers une imprimante DTG Brother GTX Series. À l'aide d'une caméra haute résolution, le système DTE aligne (enregistre) précisément la broderie avec le reste de l'œuvre d'art pour un produit final impeccable. Le flux de travail est également très convivial, car l'image de la broderie n'a pas besoin d'être alignée en détail sur la plaque d'impression. Le système de caméra scanne la zone de broderie, que la broderie soit tournée ou à l'envers sur la plaque. En scannant à travers la caméra, l'impression est placée exactement sur le point. Cela élimine presque complètement les erreurs d'impression.

Step 1
Stitch the embroidery design in white thread on your desired garment using any embroidery machine. Preatreat the fabric to prepare for printing. -
Step 2
The DTE software is easy to use and only requires a simple calibration before printing. Using your embroidery design file, create templates within the software and select from preset print settings before you begin printing. -
Step 3
Load the garment onto the platen to begin printing. The camera automatically recognizes the embroidery design and aligns the artwork design for accurate printing. -
Step 4
Remove the printed garment and cure the print using a conveyor dryer.
