La Tajima TMEZ est la première et la SEULE machine à broder au monde dotée d'un réglage automatique de la tension du fil. La technologie i-TM (Intelligent Thread Management) élimine le besoin de réglage manuel de la tension. Le pied-de-biche détecte automatiquement l'épaisseur du tissu et évalue automatiquement le type de point à venir, puis s'ajuste en fonction de la longueur du point, de la direction du point, du type de point et de la vitesse de la machine. Non seulement cela vous offre un gain de productivité de 20 à 30 %, mais cela permet également un travail de broderie plus fin, moins de ruptures de fil sur les casquettes et peu ou pas de formation pour les nouveaux opérateurs.

DIGITALLY CONTROLLED PRESSOR FOOT (DCP) REDUCES FLUTTERING
 

A digitally controlled presser foot that responds to changes in fabric thickness stitch by stitch. Accurate and beautiful embroidery from thin to 3D embroidery with no settings required. The machine reduces the fluttering of the fabric at the start of sewing and during thread trimming, minimizing problems such as skip stitch and thread trimming failure.

 

DCP

  • What is “ fluttering”?
    “Fluttering” occurs when the material is lifted up during embroidery which causes skipped stitches, miss-trimming, and reduced quality stitching.

  • The DCP can be adjusted randomly according to the material thickness on the operation panel. It simplifies the mechanical process that was previously required and time consuming.

    ※DCP stands for Digitally Controlled Presser foot.
