    Unlike most of the other platen inserts used by the T-Lock Platen Base, the Shoulder Platen Insert does not use T-Lock Brackets.  This is due to needing to be able to print off both the left and right shoulders on a shirt.  So the Shoulder Insert uses the four (4) pre-drilled holes in the T-Lock Base and there are two counter sunk holes on each side of the Shoulder Insert.

     

    Below are the steps for using the Shoulder Platen Insert with the T-Lock Base.

    1. Install the T-Lock Platen Base on to the Brother DTG printer.

    2. Locate two (s) of the included bolts and wing nuts.

    3. Lay the Shoulder Insert on top of the T-Lock Platen Base with the shoulder extension facing the desired location.

    4. Insert the bolts through the counter sunk holes on that side of the Shoulder Insert.  Securing using to wing nuts.
