La presse à chaud Falcon Forge-2 à ouverture automatique 16” x 20” avec plateau coulissant combine un châssis en acier robuste de qualité industrielle et des commandes précises et faciles à utiliser pour une production quotidienne fiable. La conception mise à jour présente un plateau inférieur coulissant avec verrouillage, offrant un accès plus facile pour le positionnement, le chargement et l'enfilage des vêtements, tout en maintenant le plateau fermement en place pendant l'utilisation.

Pour plus de précision, la Forge-2 est équipée d'un alignement laser, aidant les opérateurs à positionner rapidement et uniformément les vêtements et les transferts avant le pressage. Sa conception à ouverture automatique s'ouvre d'elle-même une fois le minuteur terminé, tandis que le plateau supérieur à large ouverture offre un espace de travail supplémentaire et aide à éloigner la chaleur des mains de l'opérateur.

Le minuteur multiple permet aux utilisateurs de prérégler des durées individuelles pour des applications en plusieurs étapes, notamment le pré-pressage, l'application du transfert et la finition.

Plus de 10 plateaux inférieurs interchangeables en option sont disponibles, offrant une flexibilité supplémentaire pour différentes tailles de vêtements et applications.

Conçue pour la production professionnelle de transfert à chaud, la Falcon Forge-2 convient aux transferts DTF, à la sublimation, à la finition DTG, aux transferts sérigraphiques, au vinyle de transfert thermique et aux autres applications courantes par transfert thermique.

Toyoda Falcon heat presses allow you to display both the set value and the temperature of the press all on the same screen.
