GF 235 MotoMark® 4,0 mil « GRIP » est un film PVC blanc mat souple de qualité supérieure spécialement formulé. Ce film est doté d'un adhésif acrylique à base de solvant « High Bond » unique sensible à la pression, avec un protecteur en papier couché de 90#. L'adhésif est formulé pour les marchés des graphiques et des décalcomanies de sports motorisés.
GF 235 MotoMark® peut être imprimé sur une variété d'imprimantes à solvant, au latex, UV et thermiques qui sont couramment utilisées en grand format. Ce produit peut également être imprimé à l'aide d'autres procédés d'impression tels que la sérigraphie UV et l'offset à séchage UV, mais doit être testé avant la production.

What does LSE mean?
LSE is an abreviation for Low Surface Energy. Historically low surface energy plastics include thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (HDPE). These plastics are very hard to stick to and require special high-tack adhesives. Most powersports vehicles, carts & helmets are made with these types of plastics.

Is MotoMark® a full wrap film?
No. When GF 235 MotoMark® is used with our GF 238 MotoMark® Laminate, you will have a 15-16 mil construction which (although conformable) is extremley difficult to wrap around curves and deep recesses.

What types of vehicles are ideal for GF 235 MotoMark®?
GF 235 is designed to be applied to quads, snowmobiles, motocross, powersport vehicles, helmets, and carts. Recommend testing before application.

What are the recommended laminates for GF 235?
GF 238 MotoMark® Laminate is the matching laminate and provides the most protection for the helmet and powersport types of applications.

Can I use primer with this product?
We do not recommend Primer 94 with our product. If absolutely necessary a small amount of Pro Bond™ Adhesive Promoter may be used in the tougher areas, but best practices are to clean the surface and crevices thoroughly, as most failures are the result of dirt and debris.
