The Falcon Blaze-A (Pneumatic Auto Dual 16” x 20” Heat Press With Foot Pedal, Lasers & Stand) is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade pneumatic heat press designed for efficient, high-volume production. Its dual-station design allows the operator to prepare one garment while the other is being pressed, helping increase productivity and maintain a consistent workflow.

The fully automatic system opens after the preset pressing time and automatically moves between the two 16” x 20” platens. The included foot pedal provides convenient hands-free operation, while the integrated laser alignment system helps with accurate and consistent transfer placement. A protective heat cage surrounds the upper heating element to help prevent accidental burns during operation.

The Falcon Blaze-A is suitable for a wide range of heat transfer applications, including sublimation, DTF transfers, DTG finishing, screen print transfers, heat transfer vinyl, and more. The oversized digital LCD controller provides easy adjustment of time and temperature, while pneumatic pressure can be precisely regulated using the air-reducing valve. Pressing and lifting speeds can also be adjusted for greater control over production.

With its automatic dual-station operation, pneumatic pressure system, protective heat cage, laser alignment, and included stand, the Falcon Blaze-A is designed to improve safety, reduce manual operation, and increase productivity in demanding heat transfer environments.

Toyoda Falcon heat presses allow you to display both the set value and the temperature of the press all on the same screen. Utilize the in-press counter (reset after power off) function to count the number of transfers that have been made during the current session.
