The RB Digital EasyCoat Dual Automatic Screen Coating Machine is a high-production solution designed to automate one of the most critical steps in the screen printing process. By coating two screens simultaneously, the EasyCoat Dual significantly increases throughput while delivering the same consistent, repeatable emulsion application required for high-quality stencil production.

Powered by a precision servo motor, PLC controller, and intuitive HMI touchscreen, the EasyCoat Dual automates coating speed, pressure, and application cycles to eliminate the inconsistencies associated with manual coating. Operators can easily adjust coating parameters for different mesh counts and emulsion requirements while pneumatic quick-release clamps simplify screen loading and unloading.


Built with a rigid steel frame, precision linear rails, and corrosion-resistant aluminum scoop coaters, the EasyCoat Dual delivers smooth, ripple-free coating accuracy up to ±1 μm. Its dual-screen design dramatically improves productivity, making it the ideal solution for high-volume textile, industrial, and specialty screen printing operations.
