L'imprimante à plat UV Toyoda Falcon avec positionnement visuel est une plateforme de production de haute précision conçue pour les ateliers qui exigent exactitude, uniformité et polyvalence pour l'impression UV sur articles rigides ou la production de badges en polyuréthane (doux au toucher, effet silicone).

 

Alimentée par un système de caméra CCD avancé, la Falcon permet la détection d'objets en temps réel et l'alignement visuel en un clic, éliminant ainsi le positionnement manuel, les approximations et le besoin de gabarits. Il en résulte une installation plus rapide, des surimpressions très précises et des résultats reproductibles, idéaux pour les petites séries, les données variables et les applications personnalisées.

 

Construit sur un lit plat sous vide en alliage d'aluminium de haute précision, le système utilise un turbofan intégré pour maintenir les matériaux en place pendant l'impression, assurant une manipulation stable du support et un placement précis de l'encre sur toute la surface imprimable.

 

L'encre souple UV de la Falcon et le flux de travail UV DTF + polyuréthane ouvrent un nouvel éventail de possibilités décoratives. Imprimez des couleurs vives, des effets 3D dimensionnels et des finitions mates ou brillantes avec une durabilité exceptionnelle, tout en conservant une sensation douce et flexible pour les applications vestimentaires et de vêtements de sport.

 

Conçue pour les environnements de production, l'imprimante est dotée de portes latérales gauche et droite faciles d'accès pour un entretien et une maintenance simplifiés, réduisant ainsi les temps d'arrêt et améliorant l'utilisation quotidienne.


Important : Choisissez l'encre rigide pour l'impression sur des articles durs ou l'encre flexible pour la production de badges en polyuréthane extensibles. Une fois installée et remplie d'encre, la machine est destinée à rester dédiée à l'ensemble d'encres sélectionné.
